I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship challenges, LGBTQ+ concerns, identity exploration, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and integrative, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Together, we explore how past experiences and relationships continue to shape emotional patterns in the present. At the same time, we focus on building practical skills to help you regulate intense emotions, relate differently to painful thoughts, and respond to life with greater flexibility and intention. This combination of insight and skill-building supports meaningful, sustainable change—not just understanding what’s happening, but learning how to live more fully alongside it.
