Welcome!

Therapy for Anxiety, Depression, Identity & Late-Diagnosed Autism

For adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like they’ve never quite fit.

You might look like you have it together on the outside—but inside, things feel heavier than they should.

Maybe you:

  • Overthink everything, and can’t shut your mind off
  • Feel emotionally drained, unmotivated, or disconnected
  • Struggle to find energy for things that used to feel easier
  • Feel different, misunderstood, or out of place
  • Are questioning your identity or sense of self
  • Wonder if you might be autistic or neurodivergent
  • Feel exhausted from trying to keep up or “mask.”

If any of this resonates, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

A different kind of therapy—one that actually fits you

I specialize in working with adults navigating:

  • Anxiety and chronic overthinking
  • Depression, low motivation, and emotional burnout
  • Late-identified or suspected autism
  • Identity exploration and self-understanding
  • LGBTQ+ affirming care
  • Feeling “high-functioning” but internally overwhelmed

Therapy with me isn’t about forcing positivity or pushing you to “just try harder.”It’s about helping you understand what’s underneath your feelings, reducing the mental weight you’re carrying, and beginning to feel more like yourself again.

You don’t have to keep carrying this alone

If you’ve been pushing through anxiety, burnout, or depression on your own, reaching out can feel like a big step.

We can start simple.
