Therapy for Anxiety, Identity, and Life Transitions in Clarks Summit & Scranton, PA

Looking for a therapist can feel overwhelming, and I’m glad you’ve taken this first step. I offer a safe, supportive, and affirming space for adults in Clarks Summit, Scranton, and across Pennsylvania through telehealth—where you can feel understood and accepted just as you are.

You might be here because your mind won’t slow down, anxiety feels constant, or depression has made daily life feel heavy. Maybe you’re feeling stuck in patterns, disconnected in your relationships, navigating grief, or questioning your identity. You may have recently been diagnosed with autism as an adult and are trying to make sense of what that means for you. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to face it alone.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship challenges, LGBTQ+ concerns, identity exploration, and late-diagnosed autism. Many of the people I work with struggle with overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or feeling like they’ve spent years trying to “figure themselves out” on their own.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and integrative. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you better understand yourself and build practical tools for change.

Together, we’ll explore how past experiences and relationships continue to shape emotional patterns in the present. At the same time, we’ll focus on helping you manage difficult thoughts, regulate intense emotions, and respond to life with greater flexibility and intention. This work is about more than insight—it’s about creating meaningful, lasting change in your day-to-day life.

I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to help you tap into that inner understanding, uncover what may be getting in the way, and support you in building a more fulfilling path forward.

If you're in Clarks Summit, Scranton, or anywhere in Pennsylvania and are ready to begin therapy, I invite you to reach out to schedule a consultation.
