"Defining Purpose through Presence,
Acceptance and Authenticity"

Welcome!

Secure Online Counseling for Pennsylvania  Residents

Looking for a therapist can feel overwhelming, and I’m glad you’ve taken this first step. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and affirming space where you feel understood and accepted—just as you are.

You might be here because your mind won’t slow down, or because anxiety, sadness, or grief has made daily life feel heavy. Maybe you’re feeling stuck, disconnected in your relationships, or questioning your identity. Perhaps you’ve tried to manage things on your own and realized it’s time for extra support. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to face it alone.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship challenges, LGBTQ+ concerns, identity exploration, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in a psychodynamic perspective. This means we’ll explore how your past experiences and relationships may be shaping your current patterns and emotional struggles. By gaining insight into these deeper layers, you can begin to create meaningful, lasting change.

I believe you are the expert on your own life—my role is to help you tap into that inner wisdom, uncover what’s getting in the way, and support you in building a more fulfilling path forward.

Together, we’ll tailor our work to your unique needs and goals. If you're ready to take that next step, I’m here when you are.
