Anxiety and Depression

The National Alliance On Mental Health (NAMI) reports that 16 million people have had at least one major depressive episode in the last year (http://www.nami.org/learn-more/mental-health-by-the-numbers).   That number more than doubles for those living with an anxiety disorder.

Anxiety and depression do not have to control your life.  Paul utilizes CBT as well as mindfulness and acceptance techniques to manage, reduce and even eliminate the crippling symptoms of anxiety and depression.  The way we talk to ourselves is crucial. Changing that narrative can be instrumental in changing your experience of the world.
