Therapy For Therapists
I have a special place in my practice for working with other therapists. Even though we sit in the therapist’s chair, we are still human—navigating our own challenges, emotions, and relationships. Having a space to step out of the role of “helper” and into the role of “being helped” can be deeply grounding and restorative. I believe therapists need therapy just as much as anyone else, not only to tend to our personal well-being, but also to remain connected, authentic, and fully present in the work we do with others. It’s an honor to support colleagues in this way, offering the same compassion and care we so often extend to those who sit across from us.
